Shipping & Returns


All orders placed before 3PM Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, excluding Bank Holidays.

Next day shipping only applies to orders placed Monday – Thursday before 3PM, orders placed after 3PM will be dispatched on Friday but won’t be delivered until Monday as Saturday is not a working day.


  • Free Standard UK Mainland shipping on all orders (2-5 days)
  • Royal Mail 1st Class UK Mainland Shipping £1 (2-3 days)
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Mainland Delivery available on all wholesale orders (1 working day)

International Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to have international parcels delivered within 7 working days (excluding weekends) however we ask that you allow 20 working days due to potential customs delays. Accurate international shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Please note: Your first order with SmellyClouds must be shipped to the matching billing address for security and fraud prevention reasons. After your first 3 orders have been placed you may then add additional shipping addresses. If you checkout using PayPal, we will always ship to the address verified by PayPal. If your address is not verified we may ask for further information. If we suspect fraud, your order may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

We hope you are happy with your recent purchase from us, but in the unlikely event you’re not satisfied with the item received, we’re here to help! When purchasing from SmellyClouds, you’re protected by our strong, hassle free, 14 day returns policy.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in original retail packaging (where applicable) & in the same condition that you received the item. Buyer pays return postage unless the item received is faulty/defective. Please ensure returned items are sent via a tracked/signed for service, SmellyClouds cannot be held responsible for loss off goods if not received back to us.

Please note: Free postage costs will be deducted from refund total.


Returns Process, 

  • Once received we aim to process a return within 2 working days.
  • The item must be returned complete, including all the original contents and manufacturers packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 working days from the date processing is complete for the money to be credited to your account.

We will NOT accept a return if, 

  • The item has been opened or seal broken
  • The item has been visibly used or worn.
  • The item is marked or dirty in any way.
  • The packaging has been lost, thrown away or damaged.
  • The item has been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.
  • The item is over the 14 day returns period


In the rare, unfortunate event an item you have received is faulty, please contact us so we can send you a prepaid shipping label to start the returns process.

Please ensure you have read the manual thoroughly (if applicable) to ensure the item is faulty and it is not user error. If we have to return an item to you that you believe was faulty but wasn’t, we may have to charge you a small postage charge.



If you have returned something to us or cancelled an order, you will of course be expecting a refund. Once we receive your return we will inspect your item(s) to ensure they meet our returns policy. Once we have approved your return we will initiate the refund. All refunds are processed back onto the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your credit/debit card refund. PayPal refunds are usually received instantly, however please allow 3-5 working days.
